Service Terms & Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 2026

In short: 50% deposit to start, 50% before go-live. Two revision rounds included. Delivery in 5–7 working days after we receive your complete content. You own your site once fully paid.

1. Scope of work

Each project covers the package the client selects (Starter, Business, or a custom quote) as written on the invoice. Anything not listed on the invoice — extra pages, new features, copywriting beyond light editing, photography, paid ads, or social media management — is quoted separately.

2. Payment

  1. Deposit: a non-transferable 50% deposit is required before work begins. The project is scheduled only once the deposit is confirmed.
  2. Balance: the remaining 50% is due after the client approves the final preview and before the site is published on the client's domain or handed over.
  3. Method: GCash (to the number written on the official Suki Sites invoice only) or bank transfer. The client sends the payment reference number; Suki Sites issues an acknowledgement receipt.
  4. Care Plan: ₱999 per month, billed monthly in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Unused update time does not roll over.
  5. Suki Sites will never ask for a client's GCash MPIN, OTP, or account login.

3. Timeline

Standard delivery is 5–7 working days, counted from the day Suki Sites receives both the deposit and the complete content (logo, photos, prices, hours, address, FAQ answers). Delays in content or feedback from the client move the delivery date by the same number of days. Rush delivery (3 working days) is available for an added fee when the schedule allows.

4. Revisions

Two (2) revision rounds are included. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent together, applied to the preview. Additional rounds are ₱500 each. Changes to the agreed scope (e.g. new pages or features) are quoted as add-ons. Feedback is requested within 5 working days of each preview; after 14 days without a response, the preview is considered approved.

5. Client content and responsibilities

6. Ownership and handover

Once the full project price is paid, the client owns the delivered website files and content. Suki Sites may keep a copy for backup and may show the finished work in its portfolio only with the client's written permission. Domains are registered in the client's name. Suki Sites does not hold domains, hosting accounts, or Facebook Pages as leverage for payment.

7. Refunds and cancellation

8. Third-party services

Sites are hosted on third-party platforms (such as Cloudflare Pages), and Messenger automation depends on Meta's platform and policies. Suki Sites is not liable for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes by these providers, but will help the client adapt under the Care Plan or at an agreed rate.

9. Limitation of liability

Suki Sites' total liability for any project is limited to the amount the client paid for that project.

10. Privacy Notice (Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173)

What we collect: the name, business name, contact details (Messenger, phone, email), and project content that clients send us, and the messages prospects send when they contact us.

Why: to quote, deliver and support website and Messenger projects, and to issue receipts. We do not sell or share personal data for others' marketing.

Outreach: we may contact businesses only through contact details they have made public for business inquiries (for example, a business email on their website or Facebook Page). Every such message says who we are and how to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and the contact is placed on a do-not-contact list.

Retention: project records are kept for as long as needed for the service and for legal/tax requirements, then deleted. Prospect contact details that don't become clients are deleted within 90 days, or immediately on request.

Your rights: you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by messaging us on Messenger. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Messenger bots we build: the bot only processes messages sent to the client's Page to reply to them. It clearly identifies itself as an automated assistant and offers a way to reach a human.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
