Is diagnosis really free? / Libre ba talaga?
Yes for phones — we check it and tell you the price before any work. For aircon home visits there's a ₱500 check-up fee, deducted if you push through. Walang bayad kung hindi mo itutuloy ang phone repair.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen and battery jobs don't touch your data. For software reflash we'll tell you first and help you back up. Still, always back up before any repair.
Original ba ang piyesa?
We offer two options where available: original (OEM) and high-quality replacement parts, with the price for each, so you choose.
How long is the warranty?
30 days on the part we replaced and our workmanship. Physical or water damage after release isn't covered.
Can I pay via GCash?
Yes — GCash, Maya, or cash. We send an acknowledgement receipt for every payment.
